Companies that Don't Answer Their E-mail
Conair
invites custmer inquiries on their web site. Why do they
bother if they don't answer them? That only creates ill-will.
The
The Federal Communications
Commission
had an employee go on an enforcement rampage, harm good people
while denying them due process rights, then went deaf to our concerns.
Maytag
must have died with the Maytag man. They kept passing the buck
on my appliance problem, keeping me on the move until the warranty
expired. They then ignored my requests for help.
Mercedes Benz, USA
should be concerned about questionable business practices by their
dealers, but mail to both of their "support" addresses remains
unanswered.
Oster
doesn't answer their 800-number, and the info submitted
into the contact form goes into a black hole. Without a tiny bit of
help, the product is useless, so I'll have to throw it away.
Reel.com
received my e-mail twice. After no response, I tried
amazon.com which I used until I discovered their apparent
support for pedophiles.
Rhino Records
has become arrogant as they have grown and have become successful,
and no longer need to address minority musical interests. Shame on
them for pretending to be experts who care.
Sprint PCS
service has crumbled in my area. Their customer service people
are hopelessly out of the loop, and it appears that Sprint PCS
does not want to know of problems in areas where they have
abandoned their network. I had been a loyal Sprint customer for
eighteen years.
Volkswagen, USA
has had their lawyers send threats to the webmasters of sites
that cater to VW enthusiasts, claiming copyright infringement.
Despite my family's 40+ year history of buying VW's, the company
has not responded to my concerns.
